MiKiDo Team wins 3 titles in 2009/2010 ISCF MMA World Classic
The MiKiDo Team brings home three more titles to add to their already impressive record of over 85 titles belts. A number of ISCF officials stated that
the MiKiDo team was one of the most disciplined teams and displayed great sportsmanship throughout the event.
Brent Hess, instructor/owner of the MiKiDo MMA Center in Baileys Crossroads, Va., showed why he is considered the top 145 lb fighter in the country by tapping out both of his opponents in the first round (quickest
submission of the year :23 sec), winning the ISCF World Classic Title for his second year in a row. Jerome Villanueva also won the ISCF World Classic Title for his weight class at 185 lbs. Jerome won his first fight by first
round KO and won his Title bout by leg lock in the second round. Also bringing home more gold for Team MiKiDo was Umaer Haq the #1 135 lb fighter in the U.S.A. Coach Hess also worked the corner of Nick Thompson from Fairfield,
Ca, who won his ISCF Title at 205 lbs. Asked about his team, Master Mike Hess said “I’m very proud of all of my students”.
